Every health service starts with a consultation. Choose between a online meeting or come along to our Clinic in Retford.
Book for either a Herbal Medicine or Nutritional Therapy Consultation, and we will send out the New Client intake form to help us direct you to the right service if you are unsure of which approach to take.
Follow up review consultation appointments are advised to support, re-assess needs, monitor progress and update on any tests, investigations, further needs or changes.

A nutritional action plan will be discussed and agreed on completion of full medical and lifestyle consultation to ascertain individual needs and support.
Current nutritional intake, along with lifestyle, time management, activity factors are assessed to allow for analysis of dietary and lifestyle changes required to support the health and wellbeing objectives.
